The Earth’s climate system is experiencing unprecedented changes, marked by a consistent rise in global temperatures. In today’s society this already leads to all sort of challenges in our supply of food, energy, and water. All these challenges require transition. This is easier said than done. In tackling these wicked problems, it is paramount to not only focus on single solutions for problems, but also on changing the context in which these solutions need to be effective. This article describes how we do that and is the introduction for the magazine on how LEGO® Serious Play® facilitators use this methode to work on the transition challenges we face.
